Anand Pathak is the Founder & CEO of Fitsol Supply Chain Solutions, a climate-tech company helping manufacturers decarbonise their supply chains. A key aim of Anand’s work is enabling MSMEs, which form a critical part of large manufacturers’ supply chains but often lack dedicated sustainability teams. His focus areas include Scope 3, green logistics and packaging, EPR and circularity, anchored in Fitsol’s TCO² philosophy of optimising cost and carbon together.

Since founding Fitsol in 2022, he has built the company as an execution partner for Indian manufacturers—measuring, reducing and reporting value-chain emissions, while delivering reductions on the ground. Under Anand’s leadership, Fitsol has managed over 22,00,000 tCO₂e across engagements with 85+ clients and 200+ partners, and has filed two patents in reusable packaging and asset tracking.
