Carrie is Head of the Sustainability & ESG Office (SEO) at Novartis, responsible for embedding environmental and social impact into the company globally. She built the SEO and during her tenure, the company achieved a “Double A” in CDP Climate and Water, improved to a AAA-rating from MSCI and rose to #1 in the Access to Medicines Index. Next she is working on innovative industry coalitions to increase impact on environment and social work in the sector.

Carrie joined Novartis in 2007, and has held various roles across communications and global health. She has been elected in 2023 as a Board Member of the UN Global Compact network Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
