Gajanan leads SURAKSHA™, a preventive health intelligence platform (patent pending) that integrates comprehensive NCD screening, point-of-care diagnostics, telemedicine, mental wellbeing and continuous care. Briota has reached over 5 million people across India and emerging markets, with a mission to enable 100 million NCD screenings by 2030.

His current focus includes SURAKSHA™ Mission 1 Million – Healthy Highways and Healthy Workforce India, a CSR-led IndoDanish friendship initiative to expand preventive healthcare for commercial drivers, transport workers, industrial employees and other high-risk workforces especially in the mining industry.
