Isidora Díaz is a senior sustainability, health and safety executive with over 20 years of international experience across leisure, hospitality, manufacturing, mining, and environmental services. As Chief Sustainability and HSE Officer and Executive Committee member at Parques Reunidos, she leads the Group’s sustainability action, embedding ESG priorities into operations and value chain, with particular focus on safety, climate action, supply chain engagement. She also serves as President of the Parques Reunidos Foundation.

Previously, she held senior roles at Holcim. Isidora contributes to industry governance as Chair of the IAAPA ESA Safety and Security Committee and member of the IAAPA ESA Advisory Board. She is also member of the GRI’s Global Sustainability Standards Board.

She is also actively engaged in international sustainability and standardssetting bodies, as well as in academic institution programs, supporting the education and development of future generations of sustainability and health and safety professionals.
