Melissa Bradley
Founder, New Majority Ventures
Melissa L. Bradley is the Founder of 1863 Ventures and New Majority Ventures, platforms built to move New Majority entrepreneurs from high potential to high growth. Her work rests on the belief that talent is everywhere and access to capital is not, and that fixing the second is an economic decision rather than a charitable one.
Over three decades she has supported more than 8,000 founders and contributed to more than $1 billion in wealth creation. She is General Partner of the BEA Venture Fund, directs BEA ScaleUp, and is a Professor of Practice at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business.
