Michael Cusack is Chief Sustainability Officer at ACS Clothing, a B Corp and Europe’s leading circular fashion operator. He leads the development of circular fashion infrastructure—resale, rental, returns, repair and recycling—powered by AI-enabled operations and low-emissions manufacturing in Scotland.

Michael’s work focuses on decarbonising supply chains, water conservation and inclusive green jobs, partnering with brands and charities such as The North Face, John Lewis and Oxfam. He champions policy and industry collaboration to scale practical, measurable solutions that keep products in use and value in communities. Under his leadership, ACS is a double King’s Award winner (Sustainable Development 2023, Promoting Opportunity 2025) and Living Wage/Living Hours accredited.
