Monika is the Co-Founder & CEO of Humble Bee, a tech-&-touch-driven enterprise strengthening rural livelihoods through scientific beekeeping and pollination, working with leading global and government institutions to scale climate-resilient agricultural interventions.

Before Humble Bee, Monika co-founded LetsEndorse, which facilitated US$7 million in formal credit linkages for micro-entrepreneurs. She is an IIT Kharagpur graduate and Institute Silver Medalist, and began her career at Goldman Sachs. She was also selected as a German Chancellor Fellow by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, where her research focused on corporate sustainability frameworks.

Monika is a 2026 Cartier Women’s Initiative Award recipient for South & Central Asia, and has also been recognised through the Gates Foundation Grand Challenge, NITI Aayog & UN Women Transforming India Award, and the MeitY-NASSCOM-UN Women Entrepreneur Award.
