Sandrine has over 25 years’ experience in positions involving the creation, transformation and management of sustainability/ESG, health/safety and environmental/climate strategies in international firms. As Global head of Corporate Social Responsibility at Sanofi, she defines the CSR strategy and roadmaps for all the Group, connected with the business strategy while developing the CSR culture. This includes the sustainable and equitable access to healthcare strategy of the Group, the implementation of a comprehensive approach related to the environmental impacts on health of population and healthcare systems, and responsible practices.

Since September 2025, Sandrine is also leading Foundation S, the philanthropic arm of Sanofi. During her career, Sandrine has always been very active in different national and international organizations. She chaired sectorial and cross-sectorial working groups while playing a key role in advocacy and discussion with policy makers.
