As Head of Group Innovation at City Developments Ltd (CDL), a widely-recognised global real estate company in innovation and sustainability, Ke-Vin brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. Based in Singapore, Ke-Vin formulates and drives innovation and venture capital strategies as part of CDL’s transformation roadmap. He leads CDL’s Enterprise Innovation Committee and co-leads multiple initiatives in digital-centric, customer-centric, robotics and AI applications. He serves as an industry mentor to investee and multiple proptech firms.

He previously held engineering, project management and asset management roles with Surbana-Jurong, CapitaLand and Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust respectively.
