Dhiraj has hard-wired inclusion, gender equity, sustainability, ethical business practices and innovation into the organisation’s processes, systems and culture, and has seen business growth as a by-product.

He has an academic background in Industrial Engineering and Systems & Information with 31 years of work experience in business process management, IT programme management and building institutional quality systems.
