As part of the 5th generation family of Spangler Candy Company (Dum-Dums lollipops), a climate entrepreneur and 7-time Ironman, she knew there had to be a way to combine her passion for environmental issues and health with her candy heritage. Climate Candy helps the food industry and improves the planet by reducing food waste and lowering the amount of produce and plastic that goes to landfills.

Amy’s aim is to improve the planet and make a positive impact on people’s lives and health. To date, they have rescued 3M imperfect fruits and vegetables, which saved over 500 acres of cropland and 10 million gallons of water.
