Asha Singh is the Founder of Learning Through Doing, a professional training organisation which creates playful, thought-provoking experiences for leaders, their teams and private individuals to get (un)comfortable with the things that can emerge from complex situations. Within this organisation, Asha has worked with a plethora of sectors – e.g., aerospace, automotive, banking, broadcasting, FMCG, horticulture, insurance, oil and gas, property management and telecommunications – in Europe and Asia over the last 15 years. Asha is passionate about helping organisations ensure a safe and healthy return to work following the COVID-19 pandemic.

Asha holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Exeter and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the Royal Agricultural University.
