Bia Santos is the Founder & Chair of the Advisory Board of Barkus, a Brazilian edtech advancing financial education and inclusion through technology. Using proprietary methodologies and technology, Barkus creates educational solutions that help young people and adults build healthier financial knowledge, attitudes and behaviours.

Over the past decade, she led Barkus from an early idea to a national platform, developing AI-powered and human-centred learning solutions for entrepreneurs, students, educators and underserved communities. Her leadership bridges education, finance, and systems change, with strategic partnerships spanning financial institutions, corporations, government, philanthropic organizations, and civil society.

Bia is a Forbes Under 30 and MIPAD 100 honoree, an IVLP alumna of the U.S. Department of State, and a recognised voice in innovation and social impact in Latin America.
