Celeste Vogel is Co-Founder & CEO of eWAKA Mobility, a climate-smart electric mobility platform that combines IoT-enabled e-bikes, smart logistics, and inclusive rider programmes to reduce emissions and create dignified work opportunities. Established to advance sustainable transport in Africa, at eWAKA she champions electric bicycles and motorbikes to expand access, boost economic opportunities, and enhance last-mile logistics efficiency.

She brings over 20 years of legal and strategic experience from senior roles at SwissRe, ABB, and Credit Suisse. A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University (BA, Economics) and Northwestern University (JD), Celeste was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1994. Recognized in 2024 as one of the most influential women in mobility, she leads innovative efforts toward inclusive, net-zero growth.
