Deniz Ünver is the Founder of Coldfusion Gıda, a plant-based food company based in Ankara, Türkiye. Since 2016, Coldfusion has been crafting plant-based, gluten-free and refined-sugar-free meals with an all-women kitchen team, emphasizing local sourcing and waste-conscious production. They operate a unique hybrid model: a cloud kitchen with their own delivery team, serving ~250 daily orders, allowing to tightly control quality, minimize waste, and stay close to customers.
Deniz leads initiatives that connect healthy nutrition with social and environmental impact—supporting local producers, empowering women in the workforce, and encouraging conscious eating habits. Through Coldfusion’s packaged product line and community-focused Esat Hal concept store, she continues to inspire a new generation of mindful consumers and producers who value both good food and good production.
