Eden works alongside heads of state and senior political leaders around the world, using her expertise in strategy, policy and delivery systems to help governments translate vision into measurable results that improve citizens’ lives.
She has supported leaders in around 20 countries across Africa, Asia and the Americas to set priorities, establish delivery-focused governance, and build the systems and structures required to execute.
At the Tony Blair Institute (TBI), Eden helped shape the Institute’s delivery approach and launched TBI’s Delivery Exchange convenings, bringing together senior political leaders to share practical lessons on what drives effective delivery.
Prior to joining TBI, she worked in management consulting in Ethiopia and advised the Agricultural Transformation Agency (ATA) on accelerating agricultural transformation.
