Isaac Odongo is the Founder & MD of Organic Route, an agribusiness in Uganda dedicated to reducing food waste and advancing sustainable agriculture. They collect surplus and rejected fruits and vegetables from smallholder farmers and turn them into nutritious, shelf-stable products like dried fruits, tomato paste, and natural snacks.

Through innovation and farmer partnerships, Isaac is driving inclusive market access and creating dignified livelihoods for rural communities while promoting environmentally sustainable practices. He is passionate about building Africa’s largest sustainable food enterprise that combines impact with scalability, transforming agricultural value chains to address poverty, food insecurity, and climate challenges.
