As Humanscale’s Chief Sustainability Officer, Jane leads the company’s mission to create a planet-positive impact through its products and operations. She collaborates across the company to guide development and ensure the creation of the most sustainable products possible. Under her leadership, Humanscale became the first US manufacturer in its industry to achieve B Corp certification and complete Living Product Challenge, and co-founded the Next Wave Initiative to reduce ocean-bound plastic.

Jane has served in leadership roles within industry bodies including Vice Chair of the BIFMA Sustainability Committee and was elected to the HPD Collaborative’s Board of Directors. In 2018, she won the Women in Sustainability Leadership Award (WSLA) for her impact in the field.
