Marisol Soltero has over a decade of experience in sustainability and corporate responsibility, working across multiple markets.

This international background has given her a broad perspective on how sustainability strategies can be adapted and implemented across very different regulatory, economic, and cultural contexts.

She is currently the Acting Head of Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Ericsson, where she leads and helps shape the company’s sustainability agenda across the region. In this role, she focuses on integrating
environmental and social responsibility into business strategy and supporting Ericsson’s contribution to sustainable digital transformation.

Her work spans areas such as climate impact, responsible technology, stakeholder engagement, and cross-industry collaboration.

She is particularly interested in the role of technology in enabling more sustainable outcomes, while also ensuring that the
environmental footprint of digital infrastructure is addressed in a responsible and practical
way.
