Max Simpson is the Founder & CEO of Steps, which provides access to meaningful and appropriate transitions to employment pathways for the neurodivergent community. Max has demonstrated a proven track record in the inclusion space over a 15 year period – from establishing three vocational training centres, modelling 11 inclusive and sustainable social businesses and delivering essential consultancy services to organisations seeking enhanced inclusivity.

A fervent advocate for the business case for disability and neuroinclusion, he has received many accolades inlcuding being recognised as one of the 2024 Future List 100, earning recognition from AMCHAM Thailand for a second consecutive year and becoming Thailand’s first B Corp focused on neuroinclusion.
