Niccolò Cipriani is the CEO of Rifò, a circular fashion brand based in Prato, Italy, that transforms old clothes into high-quality garments using recycled textile fibers like wool, cashmere, and denim. The idea for Rifò came while Niccolò was working in Vietnam, where he witnessed firsthand how unsold Western clothing ends up in landfills or incinerators. This led to his mission to close the loop in fashion by producing ethical, km-zero products using local craftsmanship.

Drawing from his background in sustainable development and his family’s roots in Prato’s textile industry, Niccolò launched Rifò in 2017 with a crowdfunding campaign. Today, Rifò generates over €3 million in annual revenue, employs more than 20 people, and sells across 10 European countries through a multichannel model. Since founding the company, he has raised over €1.8 million from leading European impact investors to scale Rifò as a leader in sustainable fashion.
