Colonel Ravi Gupta is the CEO of RuralShores, an IT Enables Servicews company engaged in creating jobs in rural India. They have established BPO delivery centres in tier 4/5 towns, and currently have 13 delivery centres employing 3,000+ people.

Ravi served in the Indian Army for 23 years and is a post graduate from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay and Defence Services Staff College, Wellington.
