Sergio Tati is the Co-Founder & CEO of Anda, Angola’s leading mobility-fintech company. Through a vertically integrated model that combines vehicle access, training, digital systems, and strategic partnerships,, they are driving the formalization of the country’s vast informal transport sector. They provide motorcycles and three-wheelers to vetted drivers through a lease-to-own financing model, and run the Anda Academy offering road safety and customer service training.

A Schwarzman Scholar and graduate of IE Business School, Harvard College, and Tsinghua University, Sergio is deeply committed to advancing Africa’s role in the global economy. Before founding Anda, he gained experience in private equity and investment banking at companies including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Realty Corporation.
