Tom McDougall
Founder & CEO, 4P Foods
Tom McDougall is the Founder & CEO of 4P Foods, a public benefit corporation operating a food hub network based in the U.S. Working with over 200 small farmers, ranchers, and food producers; they are aggregating, storing, and distributing food into multiple different channels, including schools, hospitals, restaurants, and a network of Food-is-Medicine partnerships. Explicitly designed to reduce inequities in agriculture and food access, the aim is to support communities who are traditionally excluded from access to healthy food, and deliver to food hubs from subsidised food pantries to elite university dining halls.
As an advocate for equitable and regenerative food systems, Tom is a current Fellow with the Aspen Institute’s Food Leaders Fellowship Program. An entrepreneur and an activist, he is a firm believer in the future of regenerative food systems.
