Tushar is the Founder & CEO of Devidayal Solar Solutions, which designs and develops high-quality, certified off-grid appliances such as solar DC refrigerators, BLDC fans, and coolers. With over 2,000 solar refrigerator installations across India and East Africa, the company focuses on improving livelihoods, empowering women entrepreneurs, and promoting climate resilience through clean energy access. In his current role, Tushar leads business development, end-user finance, and PayGo functions, driving gender-inclusive growth and measurable climate impact through decentralised solar technologies that reduce emissions and enhance rural productivity.

In previous roles, Tushar has worked in leveraged finance in New York City, served in a leadership role in his family owned agri-input business and most recently was the India country manager for Arysta LifeScience, Japan. Holding an MBA from London Business School, he is passionate about new battery technology and electric vehicles.
