Vidhya Parshuramkar is the Co-Founder of Agrozee Organics, addressing iron deficiency anemia and malnutrition through millet-based nutritional innovations. Their flagship product is Nutri Dabba – a scientifically formulated nutritional kit made with biofortified pearl millet. Also made into ready-to-eat and easy-to-prepare foods, these products are distributed to children and women through partnerships with schools, Anganwadis, and NGOs. The company also provide seeds, agronomic training, and climate-resilient farming practices to smallholder farmers.
With a background in Food Process Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, Vidhya explored how innovation can transform traditional foods into modern nutritional solutions. With three years of experience in the food industry, including research and innovation, she led the development of their patented Hydro-NIR technology that extends the shelf life of pearl millet flour from 15 days to six months without preservatives.
