Claudia Esparza is the Founder and CEO of Nanas & Amas, the first Peruvian social franchise that has helped more than 3,000 women find decent work as domestic workers. Claudia is an engineer by profession, social entrepreneur by vocation and a domestic worker’s advocator and partner. Claudia is also the Founder of Emprendedoras del Hogar, an NGO which promotes domestic work with dignity, as a tool to build better life opportunities for women. She is the creator of the Student Domestic Worker concept, through which domestic work is transforming into the new worldwide powerful platform that will allow millions of women to work and simultaneously study a career, becoming professional women, and achieving the prosperous and fulfilling life they all deserve.
