Devika is the Co-Founder of I Am Arla, a women’s mental health platform and survivors support network. They offer a supported and safe place to share stories of abuse, start conversations and make meaningful connections. She was previously Head of Digital Healthcare Services at AXA Health, a board member of Foundrs focusing on Diversity & Inclusion, and Co-Founder and CEO of Vida Care, a startup that helps people who need care find the right carer, a business since which she has exited. Vida led Devika to be featured on the Forbes 30 under 30 list in 2018 for healthcare and science. Devika was also awarded “health tech pioneer” in Europe for 2018 and multiple accolades and awards ranging from Glamour magazine, cosmopolitan, the FT, Business Insider, and featured on the front cover of courier magazine as a start- up to watch in 2018. For her work in pushing boundaries to break streotypes in STEM globally, Devika was awarded in 2019 from the UN #sheinnovates campaign, and most recently has been awarded the “Entrepreneur of the year” by King’s College London.
