Dhiraj Dolwani is the Co-Founder & CEO of B2R Technologies, where he is implementing his passion of technology-enabled social change. B2R delivers rural livelihood creation through an impact sourcing rural-BPO model in India (and Mexico), intertwining social impact goals with business objectives. Dhiraj has hard-wired inclusion, gender equity, sustainability, ethical business practices and innovation into the organisation’s processes, systems and culture, and has seen business growth as a by-product.

He has an academic background in Industrial Engineering and Systems & Information with 31 years of work experience in business process management, IT programme management and building institutional quality systems.
