Ella Mills is an award-winning cookery author, entrepreneur and a champion of plant-based living. She started off with the popular blog, deliciouslyella.com, before writing the best-selling debut cookbook in the UK. She has since released a further three best-selling books, amassed a social media audience of 2.5 million people. With her husband Matthew, they have created a #1 app and podcast, opened a deli in London, and launched five ranges of plant-based food products in to over 6,000 stores across the UK, with customers ranging from Tesco to Boots, Waitrose and Starbucks. In 2018, Ella and Matthew won the Ernst & Young Rising Star Award at the Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in London.
