Gary has over 30 years of contact centre experience, 18 of these in Africa, for both outsourced and client environments. Starting in financial services he moved briefly into outsourcing and then was a part of the team establishing the customer experience centre for the UKs first MVNO. This role took him to South Africa and a career journey leading operations, business development, and recently as Country Manager, establishing a 7th location for a global technical talent company.
The golden thread in all of this is the power of the people’s experience. Joining the dots from opportunity to demand and then deliver solutions to enable skills development and positive change. People are the key.
