Shen Genlian is the Chairman of Sichuan Vanov New Materials, a high-tech enterprise specialising in R&D, production and sales of bamboo fiber bio-based materials.
By conducting in-depth and comprehensive R&D on bamboo fibers, the company has been able to supply various types of bamboo fiber materials to meet diverse needs and applications, giving rise to a range of products for different scenarios. Sichuan Vanov established the ‘BABO / baboinside’ brandt bamboo fiber daily to provide daily necessities products to consumers and bamboo fiber materials to clients.
Shen was honoured with the Annual Business Excellence Entrepreneur Award by the Xiangguang Committee in China for her contribution to poverty alleviation. The company has also received honours such as Advanced Enterprise for Targeted Poverty Alleviation in Sichuan Province and the Annual Business for Good Enterprise.
