Gunther is the Community Development Lead at Be the Business. He was previously Head of Relationships at Bootstrap Charity, a social enterprise working in Hackney since 1980, providing a workspace and support for start-ups, social enterprises, charities and businesses. Since 2018, Gunther has led the Front of House Team at Bootstrap Charity, including Executive Coaching, Building Internal Markets and leading the Development of key parts of the Employability Charity. Since 2013, Gunther has been the Network Driver for the UK Responsible Leaders Network of the BMW Foundation, leading the development of the program and increasing connections through Action Learning and peer coaching formats. Gunther has also worked with Citizens UK on their European Leaders programme and led two flagship programmes for Business in the Community: Business Class, an Education Partnership programme in UK Southeast and the Responsible Business Awards.
