She is the Founder and President of Supersonas, which promotes gender balance in influential and decision making platforms. Hana is also the Founder and Chairwoman of Desert19, an outsourcing agency for PA and Customer Service in the heart of the Israeli desert in Mitzpe-Ramon, with 30 employees. In addition, Hana is the Founder and Chairwoman of LEV 19, a shared workspace in the heart of Safed, which provides employment opportunities in remote accounting services for dozens of women. Hana is also the founder of McCann Valley, a groundbreaking and award-winning digital agency in Mitzpe-Ramon, as well as the Founder and Chairperson of Spring Valley, a 360 one-stop shop, digital and technological solutions hub.
