At Fixa, Jansen leads the development of its innovative human resource management system for temporary workers, focusing on access and empowerment.
He brings a blend of financial expertise and social impact vision to his role. With a background in investment banking, fintech, and venture capital, Jansen’s experience spans corporate strategy, payments, and financial innovation. Briefly living in South Africa, he was inspired to address challenges faced by businesses and young people in Africa’s informal sector after working at Yoco, a leading POS provider in Cape Town, South Africa.
