Jean-Baptiste leads Capgemini Invent’s impact initiatives and business in both social and environmental territories: Invent for Society, delivering more than 1000 projects a year.
After a first experience at the New York City Hall Department of Finance (Strategic initiatives), he started his consulting career at Capgemini France in 2007, working for the Public sector practice. Following eight years of innovation and strategy consulting, he became chief of staff to CEO in 2014, for three years and then CMO at Capgemini Invent in 2017.
He directly led 50+ projects in sustainable development, education, culture, employment, digital inclusion and health. He also enables business synergies with society-driven new joiners within the Capgemini group, such as Purpose, Public Benefit Corporation.
