Kanishk Negi is the Sustainable Procurement Director at Schneider Electric, and has over 20 years of experience in designing and leading sustainability strategy on human rights, climate change and circularity.

At Schneider Electric, he has created and led deployment of several transformative programs such as The Zero Carbon Project, which successfully onboarded 1000+ suppliers in 50 countries on decarbonisation; and the Decent Work Programme, which introduced aspirational human rights issues like living wage, remediation, fair recruitment etc to suppliers. In addition, Kanishk designed the approach for sustainable packaging, green materials and critical transition minerals to engage the company supply chain.

These initiatives have been recognised and received various awards over the past years. He also actively engages with multilateral and academic institutions and is the honorary guest faculty for Business and Human Rights at Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.
