Nneile Nkholise is currently the CEO of Thola – an asset integrity and management technology company helping companies ensure sustainability and compliance intelligence of their assets through an automated asset integrity monitoring and reporting software. By providing a climate sustainability compliance ecosystem for African companies; Thola is helping accelerate the African goods trade. She is a South African engineer and entrepreneur who has founded multiple tech startups with the broader mission to leverage technology for societal impact in sectors like healthcare, agriculture and financial sector.
Some of her other notable startup successes include founding 3DIMO, which focused on using technology to enhance animal health and improve livestock management, and iMED Tech, working 3D printing solutions for the healthcare industry.
Her commitment to using technology to accelerate inclusive innovation has earned her recognition by the World Economic Forum as top female innovator in Africa, Forbes Africa’s 30 under 30 and Industrialist of the year in Southern Africa at All Africa Business Leaders Awards.
