Obi is the Founder and CEO of Kaltani, a recycling company positioned to solve the growing plastic waste and unemployment crisis in Africa. Kaltani’s three pronged sustainability model focuses on waste management solutions that reduce CO2 emissions and build towards carbon neutrality while employing thousands of skilled and unskilled workers. To this end, Kaltani is Nigeria’s first indigenous and industrial scale A-Z value chain recycling company and the first to raise institutional funding at scale. Obi began his career in the energy industry working with four Fortune 500 companies across multiple continents in both emerging and global markets, where he built his reputation as a Management, Business Development, Strategy & Engineering expert.
