Funto Boroffice is the Founder & CEO of award-winning Chanja Datti, a waste collection and recycling social enterprise dedicated to transforming the waste in her environment to value and creating jobs. In the last 8+ years, her organization has successfully diverted almost 7,000 tonnes from uncontrolled landfill and producing cost-efficient semi raw materials that are not only high in quality, but cheaper and more environmentally friendly than virgin raw materials. They currently have 200 employees and have empowered 500+ women as well as at-risk youth.

She started her career in the US where she spent 17 years gaining global experience, 12 of which were with GE as an executive.
