Dr. Sara Saeed Khurram is Co-Founder and CEO of Sehat Kahani. Sehat Kahani is a widely used digital healthcare platform in Pakistan with the vision to democratise health care access for all. It uses technology and a network of doctors with the commitment to enable flexible work opportunities for female doctors otherwise facing socio-cultural barriers to practice. Sehat Kahani’s platform as available as a mobile application for the mass consumers and corporations and as e-clinics in low income communities. Their application is used by 1.4M + consumers and 700+ corporations today.
Sara serves on the advisory board of CLUE, a Menstrual cycle tracker app and is a member of Policy forum on Gender and Finance by State bank as well as Technical Advisory Committee, National Human Development Report 2023. Born and bred in Karachi, Sara achieved her MBBS from DOW University of Health Sciences in 2010 and her Masters in Health Policy and Management from The Aga Khan University of Health sciences. She is also an ISEP Alum from INSEAD Singapore 2019.
