Vikrant Pandey is Founder of Fightback – a sexual violence risk reduction education program for women and girls which develops their critical mental, vocal and physical skills to prevent, mitigate and manage the risk of sexual violence. The organisation has trained 53,000+ women and girls in 30+ districts, involving 30,000+ stakeholders, including men, boys, parents, and teachers across Nepal.

Fightback’s achievements have earned international acclaim, solidifying Vikrant’s position as a prominent figure in social entrepreneurship, dedicated to creating a safer world.
