Yogesh Kumar is the Founder of Even Cargo, a social enterprise that employs women from resource-poor communities and trains them for employment opportunities with leading e-commerce companies. As India’s first women-only e-commerce logistics company, Even Cargo is challenging gender norms by creating employment opportunities for women in professions that are traditionally male-dominated.

With over 10 years of experience in social entrepreneurship and engineering, Yogesh holds degrees in Public Administration and Social Entrepreneurship from TISS and Harvard Kennedy School. He is committed to fostering an inclusive workforce and is passionate about breaking barriers to create more diverse employment opportunities for women across India.
