Dickson Ayuka is the Co-Founder and CEO of UjuziKilimo Solutions, an Agri-technology company empowering farmers to sustainably increase the farm productivity through promotion of and support in precision farming. The proprietary sensor technology allows farmers to monitor – in real time – various soil and environmental parameters, then provides insights on how to effectively utilise farm inputs to produce higher yields and create environmental friendly farms. He holds a Degree in Civil Engineering and has more than 8 year experience in social entrepreneurship. He is a 2019 Echoing green Fellow, Young African Leaders initiative Alumni (2018) and Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship programme Alumni (2015). Dickson’s awards include Google Impact Challenge Award, National Climate Launchpad, Cisco global problem solver and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers I Show Award.
