Irvandias Sanjaya (Dias) is currently working as Head of Business Development on an Indonesian based digital volunteering startup platform named Artemis Impact. Priorly, Dias co-founded his startup, Designfordream.id to enable aspired disability entrepreneur through crowdfunding & e-commerce services.
Dias has won stellar international competitions, including the 1st Winner of Busan Global Smart Cities Challenge by Busan Metropolitan City in 2017, Best Project Presentation Winner by Youth Time Organization, Czech Republic, 2016, and Winner of House Young Advocacy Grants Competition by Habitat for Humanity, Philippines, 2016. In addition to that, he received acknowledgment as LinkedIn Power Profile in Social Impact 2018. Dias was also awarded the Young South East Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) in Arizona State University, 2018 from the U.S. Department of State.
Dias graduated in Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada. He was granted awards as the 1st Most Outstanding student of UGM Faculty of Psychology 2017, Best Social Persona Student in Dies Natalis UGM 2017, and 2nd Most Outstanding Student of Liga Mahasiswa Berprestasi UGM in 2017. In addition, he was named Young Leader for Indonesia, a leadership program by McKinsey & Company, in 2017.
