Dr. Saba Alzabin is an immunologist with over 15 years’ experience across global academia and industry. Her contribution to medical science has resulted in multiple publications, memberships and fellowships with the University of Oxford, New York University, Imperial College London, and others, which have accelerated the identification and discovery of novel therapies. The passion to provide more targeted and effective solutions has fuelled Dr. Alzabin’s mission to improve diversity in the datasets and the penetrance of evidence-based approaches in healthcare. She is a Co-Founder of Nabta Health, who provide digital health tools and identifies novel pathways for women from the Middle East and North Africa to improve on healthcare equity, knowledge and access worldwide, and now sits on its board as a director. Dr. Saba is also a Founding Director of Elm Scientific, a consultancy focused on evidence-based and technically-driven scientific outcomes in the areas of pre-clinical/early clinical research and development of therapeutic and diagnostic tools, and an assistant professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
