Arun Sreyas

Co-Founder, RACE Energy

 

Arun’s passion for motorsports and technology began at a young age. He worked as a powertrain engineer, turbocharging machines that were earlier naturally aspirated, and led the team that built six unique race cars in 3-years, racing them in Europe and India. This was the start of his automotive industry journey.

In 2018, he and fellow college-mate Gautham Maheswaran co-founded RACE Energy – a deep-tech EV infrastructure company committed to revolutionising the electric mobility sector in India. With RACE’s state-of-the-art battery-swapping technology for electric two and three-wheelers, Arun aims to set up the largest network across India and the world.
