In her executive role, Andrea is responsible for the bank’s social and environment strategy and its integration with the bank’s markets outside the USA. She oversees the bank’s international social impact, philanthropic and arts & culture investments, and partners with leaders to advise lines of business and their clients on their environment and social strategy. Andrea sits on the Europe, Middle East, Africa Executive Committee.

She is active in driving empowerment of female leaders and serves as a member of the firm’s regional Diversity and Inclusion Council. She was selected as a Global Ambassador to provide mentorship for emerging women leaders in the 2019 Global Ambassadors Program, and she is a Cherie Blair Women in business mentor. A long-time Londoner, Andrea is passionate about the arts and education and is actively engaged on various boards and impact funds.
