Emma L’Amour (Gunn) is the Head of Operations and a Sustainability Practitioner at Profit Impact, a consultancy that provides tailored sustainability advice for small to medium-sized businesses, including carbon baselining and reduction strategies, employee engagement, B Corp certification, road to net zero and social value.
In her role, she works directly with the founders and vertical leads to support the translation of customer, market, and business needs into strategic operational initiatives. She has over 10+ years of experience leading within complex service delivery operations, working with with numerous national and global NGO’s, charity partners, SMEs, education, corporate, local authorities and private companies, most recently as CEO of Re-Balance, a company that has goals to reduce inequalities globally through education.
