Joseph is the Co-Founder and CEO of Clu, an inclusive hiring platform that is leading the skills-based recruitment revolution in the workplace. It is designed to ensure an inclusive hiring process meaning no-one feels as though they are left out or “other” ever again. It gives job seekers from all backgrounds a fair opportunity to demonstrate their values and skills to companies and get hired into jobs that best suit them. Clu focuses on getting to know the individual’s skills, aspirations, behaviours and expectations in order to present them with more meaningful job opportunities.
Joseph is passionate about social education, fighting for democratic systems and creating digital interventions to improve user experiences. With Clu, he hopes to reinvent the hiring process to make it inclusive for all backgrounds and match people to jobs that they are passionate about.
